Serving in our community and beyond
-
We Care Dinners
A monthly gathering hosted at St. Thomas for anyone looking for a good meal and good companionship. Please contact the parish office if you are interested in volunteering to help prepare meals, or if you would like to attend.
-
Mountain to Mountain Partnership
Supporting St. Paul’s School at Beaudin Jean Pierre, Haiti.
-
Prison Ministry Partnerships
We partner with prison clergy to supply stamps so that local prisoners can send cards to family. Stamps can be dropped off in the collection basket in the parish hall.
-
Ecumenical Faith in Action
We collect non-perishable food items that are distributed through the local Faith in Action food pantry. Donations of canned goods can be dropped off in the basket at the back of the parish hall. Contact the parish office if you are interested in volunteering with the food pantry.
-
Pastoral Care Committee
The Pastoral Care Committee visits members of our parish and community to share a meal or offer communion for those unable to attend worship.
-
Backpack program
Each month, volunteers prepare backpacks of non-perishable food to supply health meals for school children from low-income families.
